We kindly ask that you behave in a way that does not disturb other guests and helps us maintain the hotel in optimal condition.

Rules and regulations to ensure your stay and that of other guests is as comfortable as possible.
- Check-in time is from 2:00 PM onwards, and check-out time must be before 12:00 PM. Hotel San Roque offers a free luggage storage service.
- Upon arrival, you will be given a key card and room key. This card and key must be returned on the day of your departure. In case of loss, a €10.00 fee will be charged.
- We recommend that you check the room inventory upon arrival, as it will be inspected upon your departure. Any missing or damaged items must be replaced with an equivalent item, or the replacement will be charged at its price.
- In accordance with Article 10 of Law No. 20.660, smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms and enclosed spaces within the hotel. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the establishment. If smoking occurs in the room, the hotel will charge an additional fee for cleaning and disinfecting the room for subsequent guests.
- All hotel rooms have a free safe. The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen valuables.
- Guests who vacate their rooms after 12:00 PM on their departure day without prior notice and without providing a valid reason for the delay will be charged for an additional day beyond their original reservation.
- Do not use towels for purposes other than their intended use (bathroom floor, facial cleansing, shoe cleaning, etc.). Misuse or loss of towels will incur a charge of €10.00 per towel.
- Removing any items (towels, sheets, furniture, remote controls, etc.) from the room or the hotel is prohibited and will be automatically charged to your account.
- Please remember to close your room door upon departure and return your room key and key card. Hotel San Roque will not be responsible for any items not returned to the hotel for safekeeping.
- Room cleaning service will be provided from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM. Guests who do not vacate their rooms during these hours will not receive room cleaning.
- Open food is prohibited in guest rooms.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted in public areas (bar, restaurant, and lobby).
- Hotels are places for rest and relaxation; therefore, guests are asked to keep noise to a minimum during the day. However, from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM, guests are asked to be respectful. Any behavior that may disturb other hotel guests should be avoided.
- Guests may not accommodate guests in their rooms other than those registered. In any case, guests must notify management in advance of any changes in the number or identity of the originally registered guests.
- Guest visitors may not access guest rooms but may use the common areas from 7:00 AM to 11:30 PM.
- The hotel will be open to the public from 7:00 AM to 11:30 PM. If a guest wishes to enter or leave after 11:30 PM, they must ring the bell at the main entrance.
- From 10:00 PM onwards, noise levels in all rooms must be kept to a minimum.
- Please also respect the nighttime silence in the hallways and stairwells.
- Guests, both individual and group, are advised that bed linens are changed every two days of a guest's stay.
- If upon departure, the room is found to be dirty or in such a state that cleaning it would require excessive work and time, the guest will be responsible for the cost of cleaning. The hotel reserves the right not to book a room for any of its occupants again.
- In the event of damage to hotel furniture, loss of keys, or any other damage, the person responsible or the lead guest will be liable for the costs. These types of payments are made immediately and (in the case of groups, the organizer and/or representative of the group is responsible, and must advance the amount.
- It is forbidden to disturb the peace or cause annoyance to other guests within the establishment; to use the electrical current and mechanical equipment installed in the rooms for purposes other than those for which they are intended.
- Guests who, due to the use of alcohol or other drugs, disturb the well-being of other guests will be expelled from the establishment.
- If guests do not vacate their rooms on time or are absent for more than twenty-four hours without prior notice to management, their stay may be terminated or suspended, as appropriate, and their luggage may be collected.
- Pets are allowed in the hotel, subject to an additional charge. Owners are responsible for their pets' behavior and must respect hotel rules and ensure the rest of other guests. If the pet causes any damage in the room, the owners will be charged for the damages. If the pet prevents other guests from sleeping, the hotel reserves the right to immediately terminate the accommodation contract. The client is also obliged to pay for all the days of accommodation specified in the reservation.
Access to the Hotel will not be permitted to those persons who:
- They show signs of intoxication, are using drugs, or exhibit evidence of having used them.
- They display aggressive behavior or cause disturbances in the vicinity of the establishment or at the entrance.
- They carry weapons.
Violation of hotel rules
All guests staying at the Hotel San Roque are subject to these REGULATIONS during their stay. These REGULATIONS constitute a binding contract that must be fulfilled. Failure to comply will result in the Management reserving the right of admission and to refuse service.
Ignorance of these Regulations does not exempt the guest from compliance, as they are based on current laws and regulations. The Hotel San Roque reserves the right of admission.
In the event of a breach of one or more of the aforementioned conditions and/or prohibitions, the Hotel San Roque has the right to immediately terminate the accommodation contract. The guest remains obligated to pay for all days of accommodation specified in the reservation.
The rights of both the establishment and the guests to report to the competent authorities any illegal acts or incidents that could give rise to liability for either party, including damage to persons or property, are reserved, provided such acts occur within the Hotel San Roque premises. IMPORTANT: By making a reservation, the client and/or guest acknowledges and expressly and implicitly accepts the Hotel San Roque's internal regulations in their entirety, agreeing to all the aforementioned points.
