Hotel Rules
We welcome you and hope you enjoy a wonderful stay at our establishment. We will do everything possible to make your stay an unforgettable experience.
We appreciate that you take care of your behavior, in order not to disturb the rest of the guests and keep the hotel in optimal conditions.
We ask you to read our rules carefully, for your own safety.

Regulations and standards
- The check-in/check-in time to the room will be from 2:00 p.m. onwards, and the check-out time must always be before 12:00 p.m. Hotel San Roque has a free left luggage service.
- Upon arrival we will give you a card and the door key to open your room. This card and key must be delivered on the day of your departure. In case of loss, you will be charged €10.00.
- We recommend that upon arrival you review the room inventory since at the time of check-out it will be reviewed and in case of shortages or damages they must be covered by the guest with another identical product or failing that it will be charged at its price.
- In accordance with the provisions of article 10 of Law No. 20,660, smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms and closed spaces within the hotel. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the establishment. If smoking occurs in the room, the hotel will charge a supplement for cleaning and disinfecting the room for the following guests.
- All hotel rooms have a safe for free use. The hotel is not responsible in case of loss of valuables.
- The client who vacates his room after 12:00 on the day of his departure, without prior notice and without justifying his delay, must pay an additional day to the duration of his reservation.
- Do not use towels for purposes other than their intended use (bathroom floor, skin cleansing, shoe cleaner, etc.). Misuse of towels or their loss will result in a surcharge of €10.00 per piece.
- It is not allowed to remove any items (towels, sheets, furniture, remote control, etc.) that the room or establishment has, it will be automatically charged to your account.
- Don't forget to close your room door upon departure, as well as hand over your room card.
- The Hotel San Roque will not be responsible for objects that are not delivered for safekeeping.
- The room cleaning service will be carried out from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Clients who do not make their rooms available during those hours will not be able to have their room cleaned.
- Possession of open food in the rooms is prohibited.
- In public areas (bar, restaurant and lobby) outside food and drink consumption is not permitted.
- Hotels are a place of rest, so please make as little noise as possible during the day, but during the night from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. guests are asked for absolute silence. Any annoying behavior should be avoided for the rest of the hotel guests.
- They will not be able to accommodate people other than those registered in their rooms and in any case, they will give prior notice to the administration of any variation in the number or identification of the people who originally registered.
- Client visitors will not be able to access the rooms, they will be able to use the common areas from 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.
- Hotel will be open to the public from 7:00 a.m. to 11:30 p.m., if the guest wishes to enter or leave after 11:30 p.m., then they must ring the bell at the main door.
- From 10:00 p.m. in all rooms the acoustic volume must be moderated.
- Also respect the silence at night in the hallways and on the stairs.
- Both individual and group guests are informed that in this establishment the sheets in the room are changed every two days of the client's stay.
- If, upon leaving the room, it is found to be in dirty conditions or in such disorder that cleaning it represents much more work and time than it should, this cleaning will be the responsibility of the client.
- The hotel reserves the right not to reserve a room again for any of its occupants.
- In the event that damage occurs to the hotel furniture, as well as loss of keys, or any other damage, the cause or the main guest will be responsible for the damage caused.
- These types of payments are made immediately and (in the case of groups, the person responsible is the organizer and/or representative of the group, who must advance the amount.
- It is prohibited to disturb the order or cause inconvenience to other users within the establishment; use electrical current and mechanical equipment installed in rooms for purposes other than those for which they are intended.
- Guests who, due to the use of alcohol or other narcotics, disturb the well-being of other guests will be expelled from the establishment.
- In the event that guests do not leave the room in a timely manner or are absent for more than twenty-four hours without prior notice to the administration, the accommodation may be terminated or suspended, as the case may be, and the luggage may be collected.
- It is allowed to bring pets to the hotel, under a supplement in the reservation, the owners are responsible for the actions of their pet and have to respect the hotel rules and guarantee the rest of the rest of the clients, if the pet commits any damage in the room, the owners will be charged for the damage. If it were to happen that the pet did not let the rest of the clients sleep, the hotel would have the right to immediately terminate the accommodation contract. The client is also obliged to pay for all the days of accommodation set in the reservation.
Access to the Hotel will not be allowed to those people who:
- They show evidence of drunkenness, are consuming drugs or show signs of having consumed them.
- Show aggressive behavior or cause disturbances around the establishment or at the entrance itself.
- Carry weapons.
The rights of the establishment, as well as of the guests, are protected to report to the competent authorities any events that constitute an illegal act or that give rise to liability on the part of any of the parties in their persons and property, as long as they occur within the San Roque hotel.
IMPORTANT: It is understood that at the time of making the reservation, the client and/or guest knows and expressly and tacitly states that they accept in their entirety the present internal regulations of the Hotel San Roque, being in accordance with and agreeing with all the aforementioned points.
